Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my dog to the Farm Park?
Yes, dogs are welcome as long as they are kept under control on a short lead at all times. However, dogs (apart from assistance dogs) are not allowed into the indoor café or around any play equipment but are allowed on the outdoor café patio area, where bowls of water are provided. Please clear up after your dog, and do not leave your dog in your car.
Is the parking free?
Yes, we have a large on-site car park that is free of charge for those visiting the Farm Park, and which includes a disabled parking area. We have a cycle park outside the front door of the visitor centre.
Do you accept credit & debit cards?
Yes we do, however we do not accept American Express.
Do you have ATM machines?
No unfortunately not, but there are several located in Cardigan, our nearest town which is about 10 minutes drive away.
Is there anything I should know if I’m pregnant?
Pregnant women should avoid contact with newborn lambs and goat kids, and as with all visitors ensure that you wash your hands frequently and thoroughly with water and antibacterial soap.
What facilities do you have for a baby?
We have baby changing facilities. We are also happy to heat up any bottles or baby food for you.
Can I bring a pushchair?
Yes, the grass walkways are a bit lumpy and bumpy but most people manage without any problems.
Can I drop my children off and pick them up later?
All children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years).
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes, we have plenty of outdoor picnic tables which are located near the playground and close to the visitor centre. Unfortunately we do not currently have a covered picnic area, and we do not allow picnics in the visitor centre or on the café patio.
Do you have a First Aid kit?
Yes, we have first aid kits on site; please notify a member of staff should you require assistance. We are not permitted to administer medicine or to keep medicine on site.
Can I feed the animals?
Yes, bags of animal food are available to buy on arrival from the reception desk. Please do not bring your own food to feed the animals.
What should I wear?
We are right on a headland on the coast so we always recommend bringing an extra layer as it can often be more breezy and cooler than further in land.
Please wear sensible footwear as we are a rural attraction with lots of walking and there may be some uneven paths. If it is at the start of the season or after a long wet period please wear wellies so you can stomp in the puddles!
I’ve left something behind at the Farm Park, what should I do?
Please contact us and if we cannot find the missing item we will keep a description on our records.
Is WIFI available on site?
Yes, there is free wifi available in the visitor centre.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, please contact us for details. The gift vouchers can be redeemed at our entrance desk, in the café, the gift shop or for camping.

Do you offer family tickets and season tickets?
We do not offer family tickets, as all age groups are individually priced. We do not currently offer season tickets but we will be introducing these in the future. Please see our Opening Times & Prices page for all our admission prices.
Can we use the café without visiting the rest of the Farm Park?
Yes, although not during school holidays. We do not charge the entrance fee for adults to do so however we do charge for any accompanying children as this enables them to make use of the play areas while you are enjoying your meal. Please make the member of staff at the entrance aware of your intent to only use the café.
