As Cardigan Island Coastal Farm continues to expand, opportunities will arise for employment within the company.

It is our job to make visitors happy and ensure they have a great day out. We are interested in hearing from hard working, enthusiastic, confident, reliable, friendly people with great customer service to join our team. All of our roles are currently seasonal from March to November or during the summer holidays and are in catering at the moment.

Due to the rural location of Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park, it is essential that you have access to reliable transport.

We will then keep your details on file for 6 months should a suitable position arise. If there are no vacancies during the current season you are welcome to try again the following season.

Current Vacancies

Café Catering Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced and reliable individuals that enjoy working as part of a busy team. The role may include cooking, preparing and serving fresh food, making teas and coffees, taking orders, clearing tables and general house-keeping. You must be friendly and confident, with good attention to detail, clean and tidy and follow good hygiene and safety standards. Food hygiene certificates and bilingual in English and Welsh an advantage.

You will need to wear black and be of a smart appearance. Daytime shifts only, lunch provided.

Contract Type: Various full and part-time positions. These are seasonal roles (1st April - 2nd November).

Working Pattern: Must be able to work during busy periods including weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
